➢ Implemented Nuance intrusion prevention platform across 9 globally distributed data centers, inclusive of incident response and customer reporting portals for real time access to network threat activity.
➢ Designed and implemented a SaaS deployment strategy for Motorola managed services, which was later adopted as the service delivery model at over 1000 locations.
➢ Designed and built the Marine Corps Network Efficiency Lab, resulting in a $2.3M reduction in excessive satellite bandwidth costs across the USMC.
➢ Implemented a virtual, tiered security architecture for 14 Joint Enhanced Core Communications Systems (JECCS), reducing overall security costs, $7M in hardware appliances by consolidating assets and mitigating threat signature.
➢ Organized and established the Marine Corps Network Engineering Team (MCNET); composed of the Communications Security Laboratory, IPv6 Compliance Laboratory, and VoIP Solution Analysis Center. MCNET, a $10M endeavor, returned $8M+ in expenditure reductions to Headquarters Marine Corps and associated programs in less than 12 months.
