AFCEA NY

AFCEA International, established in 1946, is a non-profit membership association serving the military, government, industry and academia as a forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications, information technology, intelligence and security. AFCEA connects people, ideas, and solutions for global security by providing an ethical forum for military, government, academic and industry communities to collaborate.

The first meeting of AFCEA members was held July 1, 1946, in the historic Fraunces Tavern on Pearl Street in New York, New York resulting in the first Founders Chapter. And 70+ years later, the member-based nonprofit chapter continues to bring together innovative people, great ideas and vital solutions, serving as the bridge between military, industry and academia in New York as AFCEA International does worldwide.
